At Perryman Counselling, we strive to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive space for our clients. We offer a range of counselling services that encompass a variety of topics, such as depression, anxiety and phobias, life transitions, self-esteem and confidence, family violence and abuse, PTSD and trauma, spirituality, and neurodiversity. We’re confident that by working together, we can help you find the answers you’re looking for.

 We provide professional counselling services to help individuals and organisations to tackle a range of issues. From professional and career issues, to on-site incident and group support, to stress management and other life issues, we are here to listen,  and provide support. This is provided through the RAISE Employee Assistance Program (EAP), which supports organisations  to raise the mental health and wellbeing of their staff.

 We offer counselling services to clients who have experienced sexual abuse, and are proud to be an ACC sensitive claims provider. We are dedicated to helping our clients find the strength and courage to move forward in their lives.  We are sensitive to the unique needs of individuals, and recognize the importance of respecting diversity of all ages, genders, sexual orientations and cultural backgrounds.

At Perryman Counselling, we understand how difficult it can be to seek out and start counselling services. That's why we strive to provide a safe and supportive environment for all of our clients. We specialise in private and through YOUTHLINE counselling services for young people, providing assistance with issues such as bullying, education, stress and anxiety, family separation, and developmental and complex trauma. We believe in empowering our clients and providing them with the tools they need to lead more fulfilling lives.

At Perryman Counselling, we offer professional and compassionate counselling services to help individuals cope with grief and loss. Our experienced counsellor is available through THE GRIEF CENTRE to help clients relax, work through their emotions, and find peace in their lives.
